For a long time, I felt the pressure to fit into one box… one label… one “brand.” But that just isn’t me.

Creating is how I breathe. It’s how I rest. It’s how I worship by honoring the gifts God gave me.

Wave Tumbled Creations isn’t about fitting a mold it’s about following inspiration wherever it flows, just like the waves.

Sales Policy

All jewelry from Wave Tumbled Creations is handmade and many pieces are one of a kind. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry and natural materials, all sales are final.

Final sale items include but are not limited to:

• Ready-to-ship jewelry

• Custom orders

• Custom fit jewelry

• Engraved or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items

Custom sized jewelry pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized. In some designs, extenders may be included when possible to allow slight adjustability.

If your jewelry arrives damaged during shipping or there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Questions or concerns are always welcome. Messages are typically answered within 48 hours.

Repair Policy

I stand behind the quality of my work and offer repair coverage for eligible pieces. Repairs are offered as a courtesy to support the longevity of handmade jewelry and may be declined in cases of excessive damage or misuse.

Beaded Jewelry

Beaded jewelry includes complimentary repairs for up to 1 year if beads or components come loose due to craftsmanship.

Because many materials are natural or limited in supply, exact bead replacements cannot always be guaranteed. If needed, I will recreate the piece as closely as possible to the original design.

Metal Jewelry

Metal jewelry includes 1 year repair coverage on:

• Clasps

• Findings

• Chain repairs

• Stone settings

Repairs are covered when the issue is related to craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Extreme wear and tear

• Improper care or storage

• Accidental damage

• Exposure to chemicals or harsh conditions

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with repair services.

Please handle jewelry with care.

Custom Materials
For custom orders where customers provide materials such as shells, stones, or other natural items, materials may need to be drilled, shaped, or slightly altered in order to complete the finished jewelry piece.

By providing these materials, customers acknowledge that alterations may be required during the creation process.

Every effort will be made to handle customer-provided materials with care.

Beaded Jewelry

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

• Store flat or hanging to prevent stretching

Metal Jewelry

(Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver, Gold, Gold Filled)

• Avoid perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals

• Store in a dry place when not worn

• Clean gently with a soft cloth

Natural materials such as shells, pearls, and stones may vary in color and should always be handled gently.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Wave Tumbled Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related delivery issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so the issue can be addressed.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Currently, I ship within the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to reach out!

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected method. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

7. What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! I offer gift wrapping upon request. Just leave a note at checkout if you’d like your order gift-wrapped.

Absolutely! Each tumbler is hand-etched freehand, not laser engraved, making unique and no replicated detail.

All tumblers are double-wall stainless steel, designed to keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

Yes, they can be personalized!
